Say even if you weren't in the queue, would you still be able to swipe it if you were quick enough or would this remove that ability?

+Support, I saw above that there should be a notification allowing the user to take the spot if it comes free which is a good idea. I also think the President/Vice President jobs should be blocked from the queue becuase they are single slot jobs and people should have to be quick to take them.
