Refund details: A shipment of M3 Super 90's i did not obtain and would want.
Reason:at 16:42, the server crashed. I was in the middle of a transaction, and i did not recieve my M3's that a player called Roxas made. He got my 43k, though.

This shows you've picked up the shotguns. Sooo I'm not convinced there is anything to actually refund here.

On second check, it seems the server crashed so soon after the item pickup that it didn't save properly (looking at your inventory and the subsequent logs after reconnect).
