So I was driving in my Tesla and drove up to the petrol station (BP), specifically the pump where you can change the skin of your car, and when I changed the skin it said "You have been charged $10500 for changing you car color, you have 60 seconds before being charged again."

Is this meant to happen or is it a bug? (I tried to grab a screenshot of my console but my game crashed as I took it)

New carpaint system:

From now on, specific vehicle skins can be blacklisted. In the initial version of the carpaint-system, it was only possible to have the entire car blacklisted from receiving skin changes. Now, we no longer have to blacklist cars that way. We just blacklist police/gov skins on civilian vehicles and that's it.

In addtion, the price for a skin-change-session has changed.
So rather than paying $500 for a skin-change-session, a multiplier of 1.5%.
Take the initial price * 1,5 / 100. Thats the new price.
As usual, a skin-change session lasts 60 seconds.
