Right so,

The server really needs a server restart soon. I have never ever lagged that much as i'm doing now. Its very annoying so if someone could fix a server restart then that would be great!

I've heard from in-game staff that it's perfectly fine and doesn't need a restart. If your struggling with frames, I'd suggest taking a look at several options you have available to you so you can boost your FPS. Some console commands you can use to boost your FPS are the following:

gmod_mcore_test 1
cl_threaded_bone_setup 1
