This is a situation that could have been handled in character. Contact the officer's supervisor or President and inform them of the case. Lag or not it is up to the officer on what they should do. Now I do agree that there should have been some form of communication going on. But again, that would be up to the officer's supervisor to decide.
As such, there is no form of abuse here, nor is there any evidence provided. Denied.
