In detail, explain your suggestion: Unlock the locked threads in the old suggestions / voting section, and reset the polls for those threads.

Why should this be implemented? To allow the community to vote and contribute on suggestions, as @Burnett wanted us to do.

Those threads were locked because they were denied before and then were put up for voting once again, but not re-opened. This was not intended. I'll be opening any threads I can find in that subforum that were closed.
