Whenever you pull out a gun for the first time it's out of thin air, and from the screenshots provided he doesn't seem to be doing it with the intention of abusing it and gaining an advantage (e.g while trespassing or after being searched). He is standing in his own property and took out a weapon from his inventory.

Yes.If you check the blacklists i got one for this.He actually took out his weapon, a big one just to force me leaving the area.He should RP the situation(how he got a so big gun).

I spoke to the staff member who issued your blacklist and the circumstances are quite different. You took out your gun while in a gunfight/mugging to gain an advantage. The accused took out a gun in his own base, with an ally who already had a gun out as seen from the screenshots.
