So recently i have seen a lot of OOC chatting about '' Staff are not responding'' or ''The admins are not doing there job''. And i have personally had enough about it, and i am sure we all have. Here are the 'What you should do' List, regarding scenarios. This is for the newcomers, i believe everyone who has played LL for a while will understand this so this thread is not for you

INGAME - 
You have been randomly Killed. - Use @ and do not spam it in OOC, if a admin fails to respond it is usually because they are extremely busy, so the best way to handle it is to get as much evidence as you can, screenshot the evidence that is in console, and who killed you. If you record or screenshot before this actually happens you have a better chance of stopping this Rule Breaker from doing it again. Then head on the website and post a PR (Player Report) Then wait and relax for one of the Administration team to reply. Try not to spam the staff using /pm as this wont help the slightest bit. Someone prop spamming or crashing the server some way. If there are not staff members on and someone is trying to crash the server use f11 or f12 (Depends on keyboard layout) to do a screenshot, you should screenshot both console and player doing the act. To save the staff looking through logs and logs, try and get their steam ID, if not that is perfectly fine. You have been banned from the server and you believe it is for a invalid reason. The best way to handle a situation like this is to gather all the evidence and to get your story straight, recap what happened and try to analyse the reason for the ban, if you still think the ban is unfair screenshot anything that you feel will help the case, as your game information is still in your console when you disconnected by using (`) to open it.

You have been Arrested randomly. All arrests are dealt IC (In character), You can easily request for the Arresting Officers supervisor 
and then you can explain the situation, Dont annoy staff with RDA @ calls as they have bigger problems to deal with. If the Sergeant is acting in the same manner, use screenshots and once again post a PR (Player Report) Against the officer,

Lastly, please stop using OOC as a gateway to grab staff or peoples attention, if you have a serious matter the staff will find there way to you, dont find your way to them. They may be dealing with something that takes priority over you. OT - Give them time
