Reason: Incredibly annoying and loud noise, low-quality vehicle, drives underwater, has weird hitbox on some mods.

It is not immersive. 

I was also hoping for it to have an advantage of some kind over the GMC Van and truck, which it does not. It's same speed, with less cargo space.

With all due respect, just because you are not happy with the way the item you purchased functioned is not really reason for a refund as you intentionally bought it. It's like buying a gun then asking staff for a refund because it doesn't kill as easily as you wanted.

Indeed. However, this is a vehicle. It's so noisy it's like driving a train down the streets, and it continues revving up even when you're at max speed. It's incredibly annoying. It doesn't even sound like a Dodge Ram.

We only refund if something did not happen according to how the GM is made.

You asked the GM for a Dodge, you got a dodge.

If you dont like it, sell it on to other people.
