Ban Reason Changing job to join a raid

Why should you be unbanned?:  Ok, i was never even raiding in the first place. One of the anarchists got aggressive after HE RAMMED ME and pulled a gun, he then put it down so i ran off, the police then came to raid i went up in the apt to see what was going on. At the time my job was "Mamba Gang - Member" i believe and i had a shotgun on me. A police officer told me to hide in the bath room and fearing for my life i did. All then went silent so i pulled out my shotgun left the bathroom and tried to escape when escape a man came to me and told me to stay in the room and defend so i went and did so. I only started shooting and they shot at me first i was saving my own life. So at no point i raided i was held up defending in a room while they attack me. And even then i feel like a ban is to much even if i was to go and break a rule. Witch i must add i didn't.
