Make sure the payment is "completed" rather then pending, if it so message Temar on the forums with the TransactionID, your steam name, SteamID.

It seems many people are having this issue, so its probably a server hiccup. I'd wait for an official word from the Supervising Administrative Team or the Owner, @Temar. Until then, you can double check Paypal and your email that the transaction is fully complete and not pending.

for some reason there is some error occurring today, i have manually applied them
as for why im not sure yet, no change to the code has happened to cause this
