So as a cop pepe told him to stop because he was endangering the public with his driving so pepe decided to use lethal force to bring the dangerous driver (vadar) to an end so after he shot he killed as you do. Momments later Vadar in OOC tells Pepe to "KYS man" (rule 1.4)

Ill side my story,
Ok so i passed both officers yelling dont park their cars on the road, pepe follows me pulls me over and starts mass disrespecting me, so i retaliated with the same apart from it was in OOC rather than local since he killed me, he wasnt RPing a road stop just disrespecting me so i drove off and he killed me.
