I was just browsing the 'Show your desktop background' thread in the off-topic forum and found that this desktop background was posted by @Haazey. I want to know how to display the date/time in a desktop background, and if there's an online tool for this.

It's a desktop app called Rainmeter.

Rusa Jantan for the sidebar

Monstercat Visualizer for the visualizer and spotify addon

Senja for the clock, taskbar,shutdown button and user button

Phenix for the cpu,ram, hdd,weather and battery indicators
