Time: Around ~23:00.

Summary: The player was about to be arrested for trespassing after being warned that if he went down into the Nexus Garage, he'd be arrested for trespassing. As soon he tried running from my operatives, I yelled "Stop resisting!", tased him, started to cuff then he disconnected to avoid arrest.
