Why should you be unblacklisted?: 
To put it simply, I changed my job to 'Reckless driver' and started driving around in my RV. I said to my friend in (OOC'ly) "We're basically gonna drive around and break traffic laws" sarcastically and as a joke. Suddenly my RV is removed by BlackDog and he gives me a BL from vehicles for 4 hours. I think this is an unlawful BL because what I said was a joke and I didn't actually mean it. I was driving on the wrong side of the road sarcastically as well, but those were the only traffic laws that I actually broke at the time. I set my job to 'reckless driver' because I was planning on skipping red lights etc, but I wasn't going to purposefully break laws just to get a Police chase which is what BlackDog thought I was going to do. I was actually in the RV with my friend who had only just joined the server, so I was explaining some stuff about the server to him and he asked in Steam "Why is your job 'reckless driver'" and I said "We're basically just gonna drive around and break traffic laws" sarcastically in a gesture of light-hearted banter. If we can't even joke around on the server then I don't see why it's called 'Semi-Serious'.

You said to the people in the RV as I was watching at the Downtown road entry tunnel (Paraphrase) "I think im gona bait thecops to go after me" "Im gona break all the traffic laws to get them to chase me" you then begin driving all over the road, over the grass at the downtown moters itself, then say something similar to the above one more time at the Downtown road exit tunnel and begin driving on the wrong side of the road"

I deemed you a risk as your actions supported the fact you we're intent on violating our server rules to bait the police into going after you.

Why would you joke about this oocly, then begin acting on it?

I said this in OOC then started acting on it because it was a joke and I didn't do it before I said it. I was literally only joking and I also never said "I'm going to bait the cops". I don't even know what baiting really means but I do know that I said to my friends that I was going to break the traffic laws sarcastically. I don't understand how driving recklessly can even warrant an OOC punishment. Shouldn't it be dealt with IC'ly by a police officer? I drove over the grass but I see nowhere in the rules that it states that this is against the rules. I did say to my friend that I was going to break the traffc laws sarcastically and in a light hearted manner, then began driving on the wrong side of the road to further joke around with them. I see no problem with this.

I don't exactly take statements about "I'm gonna bait the cops" lightly or other statements on how  one is going to break the rules, more so considering you we're in an RV and began to act on them.

I deemed you, based on your driving all over the road, speeding over properties and the intentionally  driving on the wrong side of the road, while also stating how you will bait police into chasing you, a high risk to actually conduct the acts, as a precaution i took your vehicle access.

You made the statements about how you will bait the police, break every traffic law about to get the police to notice, and then took it a step further and acted on those statements.

Again, I never said - "I'm gonna bait the cops" because I don't even know what 'baiting' really means. I did say that I was going to break the traffic laws jokingly but I never said anything about doing it to get the attention of the Police, and if I did then I said that out of sarcasm. Acting on the statements is something that everyone does - driving over the grass at DTM isn't rare on the server and almost everyone does it. Really, I set my job to 'Reckless Driver' so that I had an excuse to drive over the grass and through red lights without being told off by an Admin for not being a 'law-abiding civilian', which is what the 'Citizen' job entails.

There was also only 1 officer on the server at the time since the server was more or less empty, and he was the sergeant. He was also in the city, whereas I was outside of the city. How could I possibly have the intention to bait a police officer that can't even see me, let alone chase me? Everything that I said to do with driving recklessly was entirely a joke towards my friends and was meant only for my friends. Driving on the wrong side of the road was more of an 'I'm gonna break ALL of the traffic laws', *purposefully drives on the wrong side as we all laugh in TeamSpeak*.

Just putting your job as reckless driver to break traffic laws is like RDMing someone and saying "my job is Anarchist though!"

If you didn't mean to bait police, then what was the point of your actions? Just to have an excuse to drive terribly in the one vehicle police have trouble stopping?
