I can never find the props that you see in cafe's and such, like the really nice props that are obviously not from HL2 or CSS, or even Gmod for that matter. Where do you guys usually find your decent building props from, and where would you say I could find some decent ones to use for a shop? Here's an example of the props I'm looking for:

Search for a key term in the Q menu i.e. "Stool", "ATM"

[Dick]

The props that are there are listed from the Rockford Map. You are able to find these by doing Faustin's method or you are able to download the workshop content for it. You are then able to expand the Addons Spawn lists allowing you to navigate yourself to the RP_Rockford_VB1 Content and you should be able to spawn Certain props from that list.
