Summary: After speaking to the President regarding the police sergeant, I decided it'd be best to do some foot patrol as I've been in the car for most of the time I've been doing CopRP. Just as I was about to begin my foot patrol, the player comes up to me and starts asking if I'm faggot. I got taken back a little bit as I found it a little random why he would do this but after a while, I decided to check the laws and determined that insulting people can lead to arrest, so I inform him that I believe he's insulting me and that he'll be placed under arrest. He immediately resists and begins to run off, into the road. Once he reaches Empire Hotel, he begins to scream that he's being randomly arrested. He then moves over to where the President's convoy is and I manage to tase him then cuff him.
