Why should you be unblacklisted?: I believe I should be unblacklisted because at the time that I shot the car  I was experiencing bad lag, I never got a say in the blacklist. All that happened was that my gun was shooting still form a previous person I kept trying to go back to my hands but it just flicked back to the gun and I tried to look I away put I couldn't and it shot the car. I kept saying it was am accident but in the video you can see my mic was not working and I didn't know. I hope you can remove this baclklist as I can assure you that it was not an RDM on purpose. Also I did not shoot the man who said he shot me as well that was a lie.[/font]

The video clearly shows you taking out your weapon, aiming it at them, and then firing it.  The video also shows you standing there prior to them driving up to the checkpoint. This is not something you can blame on lag.

I don't really see how one could blame your actions on lag? The video clearly depicts your actions, as Daley outlined above.

Even if it was accidental, it still does not excuse your actions. You made no actual attempt to resolve the mistake either. (Note in future please type an apology at the very least, as it also adds validation to your claim of it being a mistake.)

As far as the resolution to this request is concerned, I do not see a reason for this BL to be removed from your record.
