Hello!

Since the overhaul of the server a last week/week before that, I weren't able to join TS or LL due an error over at one of your vendors. (@Burnett can confirm.)

https://limelightgaming.net/forums/thread-12136.html

Anyhow, I remember that I had around 10-11 days left of membership and I wonder if there is any way I can get these back, since I weren't able to actually spend those days with membership.

Greets,
Kim.

If admins refunded you, they'd have to refund EVERY Donator that had this issue.

What happened what out of our control, Unfortunately we all lost donator days but, without the hard work and dedication of the team, The server would have been down for much, much longer.

I Hope you can understand this.

We will have to wait for an administrator to conclude this :p

Innovative summed it up pretty well. If we have several days of down-time then we've usually automatically given people x amount of extra days.

Concluded.
Sincerely, Enzyme
