Hi would anybody be able to tell me how to put a picture on the sign that requires that 1 REP thanks !

Search for something that you want. I searched for "warning sign png". The png tag is important because it makes the picture's background transparent.

Once you've found an image you like right-click on the image and hit "copy image address" (or something along those lines). That's the link you'll put into your sign.

Press E on your sign then go to add a layer and something along the lines of HTTP image or something. (I'm not in-game at the moment so Im doing this at the top of my head) that'll add a new layer to your sign, then post the URL of the image to the top right bar on the new layer.

Spawn in the sign by going to misc, and then clicking use.
Turn the sign around so the front is facing you. The front is the one with the black bar on in front.
Press E on the sign, and then a new screen will come up.
Press Elements, and then click HTML Texture.
Enter the URL in the box under the text on the right saying HTMLTexture Editor
Play with the sizes from the bars below.
Click Save Edits, and then Apply all changes.
