When i asked him he gave me the bullshit "1.11" responce. I had no interactions with him or police. I believe this is failrp and maybe even meta gaming.

That is not true at all. You warranted the wrong person the refused to unwarrant me and tell me why. I was on the server for about a minute it would be impossible for me to get demoted and threaten you.
