Summary: He made a tunnel, and I went through the middle with my trabant. He got mad, and pulled out a knife on me as a citizen (failrp) and then hit me with the knife while I was in my car. (rdm). On the 2nd video, you can see him in his Range Rover when he starts to park. He eventually gets out, and right when he sees me pass by, he starts going and rams me (clearly intentional, he wouldn't just park, get right back in, and slam into a car for no reason). All of this was done while he was a citizen. And no, he didn't hit me because I slowed down a bit from typing. (Watch my speed).

Right so the first video you have cut the first half out where you drove through the section the first time and I told you not to do it, then you turned round in your car and therefore did it once again. I used a knife to threaten you, asking you to go back multiple times and you took your time to do so. Once you got out you said 'Fuk u' which I was offend so knifed the vehicle. You also cut the video of and after you cut the video of, I am sure you said something back I may be wrong, perhaps 'Fight me' I am unsure, cannot remember. Yet I was the owner and was maintaining the tunnel you didn't listen to me at all, it was for pure self-defense and threatening you. I understand my job title at the time was 'Citizen' and in some cases this may be wrong but I don't think that this is too bad, a citizen has the ability to do this, not like I need the job 'angry tunnel worker' etc.

Video 2: So in this one at 6-8 Seconds you can see my black range rover slide of to the side and I crash, I then stopped since I was lagging and saw my ping jumping up and down. I then attempted to drive once again. Not once did I intend to crash into your car. I did in fact stop my car, you can see this at the end were I become injured. I was jumping out the car to say sorry to you directly and apologise since I was lagging. I know that I should not be driving if lagging, but like I said 6-8 seconds you see me crash, I pull over give it a break. Attempt to drive once again and the lag with still strong for me. You did cut of part of the video where I used LOOC, saying 'Lol' and I believe I did say sorry, I may be wrong once again.

Anyway, I apologise for crashing into your car in the second video, hopefully we can reslove this in a mature manor between the staff members, yourself and I.

This is correct. I turned back around because you were talking shit, so I decided to go back through again.

This is also accurate. You're a citizen though. You can't just threaten people with knives. You didn't even have your job set to something related to your tunnel. So really, it not only was not your job to maintain the tunnel (You were 'Citizen') but you also attacked and vandalized a vehicle as a normal citizen.

I understand my job title at the time was 'Citizen' and in some cases this may be wrong but I don't think that this is too bad, a citizen has the ability to do this, not like I need the job 'angry tunnel worker' etc.

As a citizen, you would not attack a man for driving in a tunnel walkway. Especially with a knife. You would call the police. I could reason with it if your job was "City Tunnel Maintenance" or something, but your job was literally citizen. Meaning you didn't work at the tunnel.

Why would you park, get out for half a second, and jump right back in? If you were lagging, you would stay parked until you stopped lagging. You instantly got back in as I came by, and "lagged." You have no reason to get back in your car again if you just got out because of lag. You were out of your car for literally less than 3 seconds, there's no way you could just stop lagging, decide to drive again, and start lagging again.

I stopped for a split second yes I know, quite silly. Yet if you think I was attempting to ram you I had no clue that the driver was you and I didn't have intentions to go out my way to ram someone. I was lagging, therefore when I jumped out my plan was to stop driving, say sorry for my terrible driving and pay for any damages, yet I couldn't do that due to me becoming injured, yet I may have said sorry LOOC yet you could have cut it out if I did, yet I am still unsure if I did.

Secondly, about me being a citizen, there are multiple reasons for a citizen to whole or have a knife equipped, in that case I was using it to get you out the tunnel walk way that was used for pedestrians. I only attacked the car once and that was when you insulted me by saying 'fuk u' I didn't do it multiple times nor was it drastic e.g me pulling out an AWP and shooting you. Although you did cut out the part in the video where you were retaliating with words, and stepping up to me/confronting me, I explained this slightly in my last reply.

Sure, you can have a knife equipped. That's not my point. My point is that first of all, IC, you did not work for the government or any agency that maintains the tunnel. You'd have no reason to defend it. Because I said 'fuk u' does not give you the right to assault me, as a citizen. You're telling me that if you see a car driving in a walkway, IRL, you'd pull out a fucking knife and stab him? No. You'd get out of the way. I stepped out of my car when you stabbed me, yes.


MAIN POINTS:
-You're a citizen. If you want to fight crime, be a cop. You can't just shank me.
-Saying 'fuk u' gives you no right to stab someone.
-You can carry a knife to defend yourself. You were not defending. You were attacking.

He scratches your car with a knife when you continue to refuse to go back from in the pedestrian walkway after constantly borderline violateing fearRP, (Why you thought this was a smart idea i have no idea), he does not continue to attack you afterwards, and in the final video it cannot be deterimed what the intent of the driverwas at the time, ontop of the fact they almost died in the crash that proceeded.

Unless further concrete evidence can be provided that shows malicious intent and any actual rules being blatently violated, this report will be denied.

He attacked your car yes, this is an IC issue, call the police, he did not attempt to murder you afterwards when you got out , you also did backup, but not how he told you, you did it little bit by little bit, by little bit to go as slow as possible.
