You can use yourself of this guide, it explains in detail what you need, what all the different stuff cost etc.. Also tells you exacly how to cook meth.

Write /chemical in-game and then open your console. There you will find a meth recipe, altough it changes after every Crash/Server restart, you want to cook when the Aluminium is low.

To get Aluminium you have to get Scrap Metal which you get from stealing from Government vehicles ( Police Cars, Firetrucks and Ambulanes ) which you then need 1 lockpick. If the lockpick breaks you get 1 metal, but it can also be found, it's a little rare.
