Hungames then appeared in the background from gas-station in his charger, pushing another charger with no driver for no reason, running me over.

While the action is dumb, after the accident your video shows him getting out, without further evidence to show what he did after the fact, this cannot be called CDM, as he had potentialy got out to help.

He was just standing there untill I was revived looking at me, not using mic or typing, when I asked him OOC what the fuck he was doing, he was just standing there.

No, I don't have any further evidence then a video showing him pushing a car that runs me over instead of driving around.

I'll take a look at my clip again to see if I ever hover over him earlier. You can't see the driver of a car at a given time in the logs?

Your video does not show any rule infractions as it casts doubt on if any infraction took place as at the end he stops, and gets out,.

Since further evidence is clearly not going to be providedin this case to show he did infact do it on purpose, did nothing after he stopped etc.
