Summary: Basically, his car was stolen earlier on and we were doing a traffic stop to make sure everything was okay. We stopped him and he was in a mood, but we tried to RP it with the PoliceDB and stuff, but he wasn't interested and kept getting into his car and driving off. (FearRP) Eventually he stopped again, and did it multiple times to the point where I shot his car dead to stop him continuing. 

When he stopped, he was still not interested in the RP and kept moaning, to the point where he was going to turn around to run so I tazed him, to which he went AFK during the RP, (Avoiding RP). 

I have no idea why he refused to RP and was in such a mood over a simple traffic stop. 

He then lied during the sit saying we were trying to show him a magic trick, this false story came up when Nacreas had teleported near the end. He clearly knew what was going on before Nacreas came, but changed it in the sit.

I have already been punished for shooting the vehicles
