Summary: Give us context and what rules they broke.
This guy applied to me when i was pres so that he could have a government pass so he could protect nexus as security guard. I did not see a need for his services so i denied his request. He later radio'd me as paramedic and started complaining. When i told him how i would not change my decision and stood by my choice he became aggressive. He was abusive so i demoted him, he later pm'd me and used OOC and Advert to call me a homophobic insults. 

When he radio'd me he (for obvious reasons) was no longer a security guard but was a paramedic so i think NLR comes into the report because he had changed jobs and changed his style of roleplay.

After being demoted around 5 or so minutes after i was in nexus reception and he and another guy were there and (it will be in the video evidence provided) says "oh look it's the faggot president" and then hits me two or three times.

This imbecile has no intention of roleplaying properly with homophobic and abusive language with no concern for the repercussions of his actions. I also see that there has been another report for him today from a donator which can testify alongside my report to prove that he has been causing trouble on the server and has no concern for his actions. I did use @ but i believe there were no admins/mods on to help as i did not receive any interaction from them.

Currently the voice chat in the video appears to be more IC insulting than an OOC attack, its dumb yes, but it is allowed.

The OOC one on the otherhand is in violation of OOC policys and he will receive an OOC blacklist for it.

But unless further solid evidence can be provided to show that his vocal harassment was infact an OOC attack on you, there is not much more I can do
