If I'm not mistaken, you are a teacher on FL? Anyways, the system on Limelight is quite different tbh in the fact the requirements on becoming a teacher are more Lenient, however they have less responsibilities. (From what I've heard)

No, we are not able to give REPs. The ability was given to previous Teacher Teams, was abused, and so was revoked, and besides, it's not really a power we need to do our jobs.
