The Police Database displays the wrong entries under "issued by" and "reason". Instead of the Officer that issued a
warrant the database will show the confirming or current president. Instead of the "reason" it seems to show the
duration of the arrest [so far it usually displayed - reason: 5/10/15]

Since today 3.6.2016 - might have been in it from the begining of the police database release

I havent tested it out in full extent (tried it on all maps, more then 3 presidents etc.) Ill continue my research and
keep this post updated if required

Steve Martin was the current President as hasnt been a cop during that round - The "10" as a reason seems to be the
jailtime - i found further examples listing the president as the officer and the numbers 5-10-15 as reasons.
those arent documented - can take mroe screenshots if needed.
