Hold on, you expect me to be able to hear you when you're whispering "get out, get out". Also by the time you started coming to me, I was driving at you. It was your fault that you got hit and wasn't a breakage of FearRP. I can't stop within a split second as I was already driving at you, your fault. I see no reason for this.

As soon as you saw me get out with my shotgun you should have stopped. You made no attempt at all, and you tried to do the exact same thing a couple hours before that, and got all pissed off that it didn't work.

Yes you did, that's why you damaged me and got salty that I started shooting. You made no attempt at all to stop, that's clearly seen in the video. If you see someone with a gun in front of you, then you stop. To add some more to this PR to show the fact that you have no understanding of FearRP, I'll upload this video of you taking 30 seconds to get off of your car when I have a shotgun pointed at you.

From the video provided, you had him at fearRP for 1.5 seconds before he runs into you, because you ran right into his front bumper, while he is being pursued by another officer.

At this point i cannot say what he has done is a punishable offence because of a few things:

#1: The entire situation lasted 1.5 seconds
#2: You ran straight into his front bumper putting yourself in the situation that got you killed.
#3: The driver was clearly being pursued and was no doubt going to still be mobile
#4: Regardless of the fact you had a shotgun, it is dark, your voice is being projected with 2 engines, and footsteps covering it up to those around you.

I can not see that this was a malicious fearRP violation due to the fact the entire FearRP violation took place in a total of 1.5 seconds.

Unless you can provide further evidence in this PR, it will be denied due to the above reasons.
