Summary: 
They broke the rule 17.9 (Stealing cars as soon as you unlock them), He then drove it around the city, and got it blown up in the industrial.
They also attempted to CDM 3 people, could have passed as reckless driving, admins can decide, He was driving like that all night.

Turns out the steam ID of TheRealTaco Matches the ID of Vizuhh.
This user also got a car blacklist for trying to get his car inside the nexus about an hour before, I also suspect that he was constantly changing names to try and get away with rule breaking, I say this because in OOC he is typing as Vizuhh but whenever I encountered him in game it was TheRealTaco, Thats just a suspicion though

I couldnt get a screenshot of him insulting in OOC and my logs had "Error Vertex File for 'props_foliage/tree_deciduous_01a.mdl' checksum 1818023200 should be 508178389" through it until its capacity, so I couldnt find that part, he said "fuck you" to someone in OOC, it was sometime at 1:00 GMT+1 (I dont know the exact time of it, just that it was between 1:00-2:00), It will be in the logs, Nevy also seen this so he may be able to confirm or might even have a screenshot.


PS: The PR is on TheRealTaco and not TheFakeTaco, So if I get them mixed up throught this report please tell me

The accused was shown to be blatently grabbing someones vehicle the moment they unlocked it for the purpose of stealing it.

They at one point had the chance to avoid this as they had gotten back out and claiming it was an accident, but showed they we're infact doing this to steal it by just getting back in and driving off

Current vehicle blacklist will be extended with another blacklist showing their new infractions
