This is much simpler than /request, and would clear up chat for other units. Since someone could be requesting fire fighters and this would show up in another jobs chat which is highly irrelevant to them.

+Support for changing /request to /911 and it would be cool if a sound could play when you send it. For example this "Thank You for reaching 911 whats your emergency"
