EvoCity Paper

The suggestion is about implementing a new feature which acts as a news paper for limelight's role-play servers, the feature works smilier to the clan and the Evocity radio system. 

EvoCity paper is like a news paper company, where people can pay hosts of said news paper and post their adverts, wither they were for market place items or clan adverts. 

The hosts for the paper companies are the players who apply to take that role, obviously with some requirements and much more poeple could apply for a news company. But first I am going to explain this suggestion in detail. 

What is this suggestion?

Adding a new feature which allows the players to make a news paper and post on it things related to role-play in-character wise. This suggestion is to have it's own sub-forum on the forums for players to post their papers on their. 

What does the Paper owners do? 

They post what they like on their papers for in-character role-play things. Just like the things I've mentioned above. People can advertise role-plays upcoming RP events, items that are wanted to be sold and who to contact and how, clan related advertisements, People could even use the paper to cover up events that happen in-character with clan RPs or other types of role-players. Paper companies can be biased and fake and ruin someone else's clan picture and reputation. Allot of aspects of role-play can be enhanced with this feature. 

How do people access the News Paper?
By the forums, or by an in-game command like /papers that will open a window of the last papers. Or using the advertisement signs to display them just like how the EvoCity Bank is being displayed now. 

Who makes the papers? 
Players apply to be able to have a news company, maybe a clan can too. There should be some hard requirements to be able to be approved for this feature cause the media isn't easily handled. Some of the requirements should be at least having to pay around 500,000 to own a company and having people ready to work with you, and of course other requirements but REPS and donator perks shouldn't be apart of it. 

This also means that who ever owns a news company news to have a team, with people working for the company. Just like how clans work this should work the same way. 

Why should this be implemented?

This feature could enhance allot of types of role-play especially when it comes to clan roleplay and this could very well change how adverts work.

It should work like this, a player types in a command like the following. 

/getpaper <PaperCompanyName> <IssueNumber = 1, 2 ,3 , First, Last> Then it should show up like this. 
In this case it is /getpaper EvoWeekly last 



The owners of the news companies can set the issues for each paper. 
The better should also be displayed at the advertisement broad thingies

This would either need to be automated, or have a proper dedicated team to ensuring it works. There's too many aspects of Limelight which rely on admins/players, and with anything, people get demotivated with it. (I mean take a look at the papers in the roleplay section, most of them havn't been updated past week one!)
