The defenition of FearRp: Fear for your life.

Im pretty sure I WASNT scared as I was on the other side of the Bulletproof, FireProof... Lifeproof Bearcat. So... if i was to make a decision based upon my fears... I would think it safer to stay IN the car.

What's failrp is you also know and don't care that we are armed and as we threaten someones life if you don't exit the car you still don't. You drive your bearcat around still.

This group was following this SWAT Van and shooting it as it drove from the suburbs to the lake.

In my opinion, I believe that FearRP didn't apply to know because of 2 reasons: 1. He is in a BULLETPROOF, INVINCIBLE vehicle, meaning why should he fear for his life if there is literally no danger to his life? 2. They were shooting at his SWAT van repeatedly, meaning that as well as his vehicle being a SWAT Van, being shot at should be a valid reason to drive away and protect your life. In order to protect his life, he obviously was going to stay in the SWAT Van to protect his life.

I didn't witness any of the powergaming or CDM so I can't comment on that part.

The CDM was accidential. If an admin requests, I will show a video of the requested times.

Involved, I saw the ending portion of it when the gunfire started. The van was surrounded by players with weapons. At this moment there is no written rule that states an exception to the swat vehicle. It is a vehicle and follows the same rule as other vehicles. Therefore FearRP would qualify.

Though to be honest, I feel it is FailRP to follow a swat vehicle around for the intention of robbing it, but that is another matter altogether.

If it does not, this should be something added to the rules to clarify.

It was not with the intention of robbing it, the SWAT and some couple of officers tried to raid us. SWAT was the last remaining one and he refused to follow fearrp. Which ended with us following it.

Although there is evidence of Powergaming and Attempted (possible) CDM, I do not see evidence of fearp from the player Knox. The SWAT Van is basically a civilian tank. It is, fire, bullet, and even a little bomb proof. Why should the player follow fearp if he does not fear for his life in an almost you can say "Everything Proof" Vehicle? What you should have done is RP'ed trying to rip the door off with a tool since he was boxed in for so long.
