1. Why should I have to download external software, when realistically, it can be performed without it?
2. Why should I have to spend twenty minutes forcing cops to get on the TS, when then don't have TS?
3. Should I be demoting cops who don't get on the TS, as in your eyes, it's equivalent to not switching their radio on?

Eventhough I like the TeamSpeak system, ...I do have the opinion that when I am in the FUMUKU channels, talking to people, I should still have the freedom to also be able to communicate with my fellow emergency units, by voice, in-game.
It would make calling in traffic stops, on-going pursuits or involvement with incidents a LOT easier to report when TeamSpeak isn't being used or not being used by everyone, and it would make the ability to roleplay as a dispatch in-game more fun, too.
If this gets accepted, I would suggest you use a system that would show the user's in-game name when speaking (like the mic info that shows on the bottom right corner about who's talking at that time) as most portable radios and their systems nowadays show PRIDs, thus, being able to identify the sender of the message. Obviously dispatch would be able to figure it out, too.
This way, we would be able to stop misuse of the radio in-game and most likely get the emergency unit demoted for failure to use it properly.
I think this could be a thing.
-Support, we have teamspeak, I see no reason for adding this

What about the players who are a style of "Connect and Play" and don't wish to install a 3rd Person Software to communicate to full effectiveness IC and rather just click Connect and get on to play with no strings attached?
When was the last time Typing was faster than pressing the Push-To-Talk Button?
Why be forced to use Teamspeak if it's rarely used for IC Groups Comms (Such as Gov Radio) and only end up with half your team in TS and the other half not using it?
Changing to +Support if that works completely and doesn't "lag" the server.
