Idea: Add a function to the knife so that when you reload with it, it can slash a car's tires
Why?: Realistic, and adds to depth of some aggro RPs, such as slashing the tires of a rival mob boss to piss him off and make him a bit more reckless.

If it takes time to do it, if you need a valid reason and can’t be done to every vehicle on railway in 2 seconds then +support
maybe add a buyable "spare wheel"

Must have a reason, and then add a "Tire Repair Kit" or just press E on a slashed tire and it'll fix it over like 5 seconds. It shouldn't be used to completely destroy a car, just temporarily immobilize it.

The whole damage system needs a rework imo. Adding something like this to the current system, or even adding a system to do this to me would be a waste of time if there are bigger plans for the future. Although, this would be a great addition to a rework of the system.

Maybe longer? Like, 30, with some basic animation to show what you're doing
