Meh. I certainly can see all police pars tires slashed because they are police cars.

+support with valid reason ofc, and some sort of sound effect to alert those nearby and maybe some visual effect also so you can see which car has been slashed if it were done in a line of cars for example.

And the reason would be
"I am a bad gang and I dont like the police. So I slash all their tires to show how much I hate them"

That argument could be used for RDM too, but it isn't valid, so why would it be valid here?

You cant compare disabling cars with RDM.
Why don't they just kill the person instead of shlashing their tires? Has the same effect (the affected person cant get away / follow them as fast)????
