He beat the dude up for staring at him whilst he was changing. He told the guards shit would happen if he acted wrong. He acted wrong and got hit. Not uncommon in American prisons. I'm not supporting violence but you guys are only using a half truth.

How does warning him of his douchebaggery beforehand justify it? It'd be like if I murdered you for buying a book in a bookstore, but the public considered it OK because I had sent you a death threat beforehand.

its an american prison. he was generous enough to let the guards put the guy in his cell even though he knew he was gay. he told the guards he was okay with the dude as long as he didnt do anything to him. dude stared at him whilst he was changing and he got beat up. its prison. its not normal society.

"He was generous enough to let the guards put the guy in his cell".
What? Saying that makes me think, you think, that Tentacion had some sort of authority. Nobody owed him anything, and I'm pretty sure the guards could care less about it. Just face it, he did some extremely messed up shit, and him being in a prison does not justify it.

According to his interview, he had some level of authority in deciding whether or not the guy would be put in his cell. The guards knew the risk they were taking when putting him in any cell. Violence isn't good, but the conditions of american prisons promote it. Chances are, if it wasn't him, it would've been somebody else.
