Sometimes all we need is clarification, so we drop a PM, ask them what happened. If it adds up? Great, we don't go any further. Doesn't make sense? We continue to ask questions and investigate. Not all rule violations require a formal punishment either such as a ban, blacklist or permanent warning.

How do you explain that I broke FearRP when I was given no orders? Do you expect me to stand still forever?

As explained to you over PM.

You've been told this and I won't discuss it further.

Yes, you don't need to highlight that a second time. But look at it this way, can I just run around with a pistol and point it at someone, then go AFK for 2 hours and come back and that guy isn't allowed to move or disconnect?

Walking up to someone, pointing a gun at them and standing there not doing anything afterwards is FailRP. Which should be very obvious.
(May 21, 2018, 10:20 AM)Rydolph Wrote: [ -> ]Welp I got killed by a cop and left but got banned for "disconnecting to avoid arrest" because they didn't like the ending outcome and teleported me back to get arrested. Whether it was an accident or not it doesn't matter, an accident is realistic. An hour earlier I reported 3 people for RDMing me within the space of 15 minutes and they all got ignored whilest the admin lied that they were dealt with, as I've seen no punishments at all. He even lied that he sent me a pm about it when I received nothing.

Admins need to stop with the "I've dealt with it" remark and actually tell us what they've done, and if I was the one who reported it I want to be part of the situation to give my input and see the outcome.

I also don't believe that it's fair how the admin who banned you gets to decide on the outcome of your unban request - other admins should atleast give an input on the situation as well.

Do not tell me to "make a report" because let's face it, they're not going to be punished.

Anyone who genuinely believes that there is no bias on this server is up their arses tbf.

If you couldn't tell, this is focused on 26. Let's home in on him a bit, shall we?

Yesterday he CDMed me and didn't leave the car, but carried on to say something along the lines of "If you're going to stand in the road I'm not even gonna bother calling you a paramedic" as a police chief which I believe is failrp. Luckily there was a paramedic nearby so I didn't die, else II would'v made a report.

He has given no warnings in 38 days, no blacklists in 9 days, and before yesterday, no bans in 8 days. While you can argue that he's still online during those times, explain why he has barely given out many punishments? Seems pretty coincidental if you ask me. I can see that most/every other MoS are active with their punishments, but 26 seeks to be lacking which is very disappointing especially since he got promoted to admin earlier this month.

Let me guess, he "dealt with them"?

1. You broke a rule and got punished for it.

2. Staff don’t need to talk to you or confirm your report if they don’t need it during their investigation.

3. You are basing the effectiveness of a staff member off of when he punishes people.

It’s people like you that turn this community into a witch hunt to get people in trouble instead of just enjoying the game. If you act like this constantly IG and on the forums, I hope you leave for the better of this community.
I very much hate to see these kind of posts popping up all the time. There is no logical support or evidence for these claims, and there never has been. Only one factor is at play here; victimization.

The admins aren't victimizing you. You are.  even referred to himself as a player with bad reputation, and such mentality would make any sort of admin interaction seem like bias. Sort of because it is. The rules just aren't extensive enough, and they never will be, so to allow a deeper dynamic interaction with players, admins probably have some bias.

Not bias as in 'prejudice'. But bias as in 'can I really trust this guy again?'. If you're on the wrong side of that type of bias, you're probably also a harsher rulebreaker. One that is reckless, or one that doesn't allow for a mutual respect.

Making this kind of thread instead of improving yourself as a player really just comes to show that you aren't interested in the latter. You just want flawless respect without earning it. And it's really not that hard to earn.
