Background:
The Shadow Associates Agency, S.A.A. for short, is an Agency founded by Matthew Pinkerton and John "Grub" Marston. The Shadow Associates Agency is a spy / detective agency. The Agency specializes in stealth operations. Some of these operations include the use of identity theft, persuasion, and double agent tactics. We are trained to use weaponry but are not accessed to use these weapons unless lives are at stake. The Agency works for a few main goals. These include ending the reigns of corrupted leaders, Overshadowing Evocity and observing the reactions of the everyday citizen to further enhance our knowledge on what we can do to help. Being a very manipulative agency, all members go through states of psychological stress every once in a while but this will only build your strength to enemies trying to play mind tricks on yourself.
Our spy industry is our main type of business. What we do here is find a way to successfully gain access to the enemy territory.
This can include using Identity Theft. An example of this is you sneak up behind an officer in the nexus, You steal his Identification and go up the nexus and show them your new ID and get inside the president's safe house.
Another way our Agency gets in is simple. Stealthfully sneaks your way into the restricted area and get to your destination. This may be a lot harder to do, but it is an option.
Once we are in the restricted area that we were sent to the next step is simple. Get the information you were sent out to retrieve. This may be codes, locations, or any other vital information.
Lastly, once you have the information you must complete your objective by bringing it back to headquarters.
Our Scientific field is also crucial in our Agency. It is our main aid for our detective agency that you can read about below. With it, we have multiple DNA splicers and scanners. With this technology, we have access to most Evocity citizens. With our DNA equipment, we also have been experimenting with changing DNA sequences which affect the characteristics of the subjects we have used it on in positive and negative ways. Everything else in this field is Classified to the members of our Agency.
Something that we have been dabbling in lately is in personal protection. With our knowledge of breaking through security makes us more wanted by private construction sites as well as influential people. These operations are simple, just protect your subject. or if your subject is restricted by all then your objective is to not let any person gain visual access. We are more than willing to participate in these operations, but we plan on partaking in our specialties first.
The Shadow Associates Agency is also a detective agency. We specialize in murder scenes, shootings, and kidnappings. Our goal is to bring the culprit in alive. We will bring him for the families harmed in these happenings and will allow them to decide what to do with them. And with kidnappings, we will do anything that it takes to bring home the captive. With our top secret electronics (Super Computers, DNA testers, and surveillance systems) we will be able to capture just about every culprit with ease. And when our more experienced agents are on the case you can almost guarantee that the villains will face justice!
Once we are informed that a leader of a group is corrupt (President, Rebel Leader, Don Corleone) our Agency begins a cleansing operation to try and change the ways of that influence. We do not use force unless that group begins to threaten us or our cleansing operation fails miserably and corrupts the group even more.
Our tactics may be questioned by certain groups of people, but we feel that if we try to influence the city with our beliefs that it will bring Evocity closer to peace between all of the citizens. We believe that a little pain will bring peace. "Speak softly and carry a big stick" is our ideological belief so we will not use aggression unless we are forced to act.
Rank Descriptions:
Owner - The Founder of the Shadow Associates Agency. They have rights to know everything going on in the Shadow Associates Agency. The owners have the ability to kick, promote, demote, and recruit members into the Agency.
Top Adviser - The most trusted members of the Shadow Associates Agency. They also have the rights to know all that is going on in the Agency. With this, they have the ability to kick members out of the clan that are Agents and recruit members. However, they have to be approved if they would like to kick out any other members or promote and demote Agents.
Adviser - Trusted members of the Shadow Associates Agency. They are given assignments from the Top Advisers and the Owners. Not all information will be given to them. Some top secret information may be given to them depending on the situation. They have to be approved if they would like any member kicked out of the clan or demoted. They can recommend promotions and demotions.
Head Agent - Has shown leadership as an Agent. Proved they can lead a group of Agents and will be given assignments from high ranks. They are to befriend all agents and give them specific orders in clan situations. They are given information that is only needed for their job or that we would like to give them. They have the ability to give orders to Agents that are reasonable. If an Agent questions these orders they are to report them to a higher rank for clearance. They can recommend kicks, demotions, and promotions.
Agent - Newer members of our Agency or members who have not shown leadership yet. These members will be given the information needed for their current assignments and that is all unless told otherwise.
Today I am here to give you a new section of the Shadow Associates Agency. It is going in detail of what we do here in Evocity. Some new things have been added to our list of activities due to the advancement of the Agency. We plan to become the most active that we have ever been. More may be added to this list in the future but this is what we have at this current time.
What We Do
Espionage
This is the Shadow Associates Agency’s occupation that started it all for us. What we do here is conduct spy missions inside of the Government, the Mafia, and Rebellion movements and gain access to passwords, codes, and knowledge of upcoming events inside of the said group. With this information, we may keep it for ourselves and observe the events to further enhance our knowledge of the group or we may sell the information to one of the other groups for money or other goods for the Agency. We plan to have a spy inside all other Corporations so we have all knowledge of their codes and upcoming events. This helps the Agency by being able to steal technology from other groups of people and using them for the good of the Shadow Associates Agency and or selling the technology to make a profit for the Agency. With this, we will be able to pay off other technology from other people and gain further knowledge in what we want.
Governmental
The SAA has branched into the Government with some of our people gaining access to the top job inside of the Government. The Shadow Associates Agency believes that the only way that you can run a city successfully is ruling with an iron fist. This has been proven to be successful numerous times. This does numerous things for the SAA. The first thing is it keeps the city clean of any crime and thereby gives the Shadow Associates Agency a good name for keeping the city safe. It secondly gives the SAA profit with most of the taxes, bails, and fines going towards the Agency. This is also a good training process for all members inside of the Agency. It gives newer agents the ability to work together with the other agents and shows everyone how well you are at taking orders, your ability to adapt to certain situations, and your leadership skills.
Security
The SAA is working in the security world as well. With the employers of security rising and the amount of security available dropping, we found it profitable to run a business here. We are willing to be hired as private security, public security, and as personal guards. Private security is basically security for groups of people that we find liable for pay and people that we find reasons to protect (No protecting groups with contraband). For public security, this is working for people that are running businesses such as restaurants, casinos, gun shops, etc. And lastly, we will work for people personally. This is for people such as the President, Public Figures such as the Don Corleone or Rebel leader, and also people who just want personal protection due to past event that may find them dead in the near future. All payments for security will vary due to what they want us to use (Kevlar, Weaponry, and Hostaging). We will also charge them with a rental fee (every pay, every other pay, or by longer times) and we will do our best to work with how long they are in the city.
Entertainment
This is something new that the SAA is working in. What we will be working on the broad topics of Sporting Events, Musical Events, and Comical Events. What we will be doing for sporting events is having exhibition matches in games such as Dodgeball, Paintball, Soccer, Basketball, Volleyball, and Handball. If we find high success in a particular sport we will begin to have weekly leagues in the sport were we will meet up and keep statistics and records. And on less of an occasion is we will be throwing tournaments in there as well. For musical events, we will be throwing concerts and possibly musicals. We will be hiring bands, solo acts, or a whole cast to make our concerts enjoyable for everyone in them and watching them. And lastly, for Comical events, we will be having Comedy night for the citizens of the community to come watch. We will be having to stand up for people that would like to make a sum of money for their time. We will also be planning karaoke night for everyone to come together and sing some tunes for us.
Engineering
Engineering is basically everything that has to do with Building or Inventing. Our goal here at the SAA is to be able to work anywhere that is given to us. Our main operations will be held at the Shadow Associates Offices inside of Evocity. We are currently working on defensive systems for the Shadow Associates Agency to use and vehicles that can be used to aid us as well. We currently have projects going on currently that can be seen within SAA COMM-LINKS.
Experimentation
We have had a science field for a while that has not been used that we will be reopening again. This is a variety of things such as Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. Anything that we feel that needs to be studied under a closer eye we will do in the secret labs underneath the nexus building with grants permitting us. We will keep these classified and they will be talked about on the Official Forums as well so if you would like to know more look there.
Realtor
This is something that we have done only a few times. What we do here is purchase all properties and open a realtor business. Here you may either sell the property for a lump sum of cash that is decided by the size of the property and the want of said property, or you may rent off the property for amounts that you decide for said reasons. And for renting as well the times that they pay rent is decided by the marketer who is in charge.
Marketing
We have scavenged our files from an older Industry known as Quick Silver Industries. We have decided to re-enter the game of selling. We will be selling Weaponry, Ammo, Medical Goods, and other Miscellaneous Goods. What we plan on doing here is we will make it a 25-75% profit in favor of the seller. The other 25% will go to the Shadow Associates Agency. You will be able to give more of the percent to the SAA if you choose to do so. All money that is given to the SAA will be used strictly for the SAA.

Medal of Authority This medal is a sign of leadership in the Shadow Associates Agency. It is given to any member inside of the clan that has shown great amounts of leadership and has shown themselves as a respected person in our Agency. This Medal is a crucial element to receive promotions inside the Agency.
Veteran Award This award is given to any member of the Shadow Associates Agency that was here at the beginning of the Agency. This is whenever the SAA was opened for the first time. No others can receive this award except the members from long ago.

Medal of Honor This medal is the most prestigious medal of them all. It is given to a member of the Agency that has risked themselves on the battlefield for our Agency. This could be defending a base solely by themselves from numerous people to other situations like that. It shows our ultimate respect for that Agent.
Meetings:
We are going to have meetings hopefully once every month. Here at these meetings, we will discuss new ideas that we can move forward in. At these meetings, SAA will discuss the future, potential ideas, and we will also be going over applications with everyone at the meetings. If you are unable to go to a meeting that is made, then please contact a Superior so you are not marked as missing.
