Explain your suggestion, in detail:
Remove the ELS Light and Siren item Access from S.W.A.T

Explain why the suggestion should be implemented:
So, Why should this be removed? Recently, I have seen S.W.A.T drive in really unrealistic vehicles such as the Audi.

Why else should this be removed? S.W.A.T are created a burden when they run out of supplies as you are unable to resupply from the vehicle all because you wanted to choose a unsafe vehicle unlike the marked and fully stocked and supplied vehicles displayed.

Why else should this also be removed? S.W.A.T are a MARKED ACTIVE group of the government. This meaning that they shouldn't be hiding themselves in unmarked vehicles speeding for rescue.

Why else else should this also be removed? For those who have more than 5 REPs, why would you use anything other than a BULLETPROOF and UNMOVEABLE Vehicle into a situation.

This is needed
But maybe allow things such as SUV'S like the G65

There are SWAT forces all over the world who can also act discretly. Driving in cars like Audi or Mercedes and even engage with plain clothes and kevlar vests. Removing this from SWAT will limit the roleplay potential.

Until we have dedicated resupplying from civ cars. Also, they’re SWAT. Most of the time they will be in uniform.

the map is based off america. we don't ride around in foreign luxury vehicles because we can afford it. If SWAT are gonna be responding to calls, they should be in a tahoe, suburban, or armored an.

What about the Hummer H1?

If I am honest it isn't more a PMC or Security vehicle rather than A government vehicle however a suggestion to add a SWAT hummer has been approved so we will Just's have to wait for an appropriate update for it to be added.

EDIT
Or even a Army vehicle

It's not about where this map is supposes to be. It limits RP in many ways. Want to play a foreign SWAT force and RP like them? Can't do it, because people who make suggestions to enhance RP want  to limit it simultaniously. Many people play SWAT as a foreign force. E.g. British SCO or German SEK, etc. And these forces actually use Mercedes E-Class or Audi. Let people play like they want as long as they don't fail RP.

It does not hurt anybody and it's frikkin wayne if the SWAT comes in a clowns vehicle or in a Abrams tank.

Generally SWAT doesn't do undercover. Undercover does undercover. That is to say that SWAT are almost always in full kit unless caught in an off-guard situation. They don't patrol the streets unless on a call or on training. If they are on a standard patrol, they use a standard car. SWAT typically involves breaching teams, sniper/spoter teams, and negotiations.

SWAT does receive passed down military vehicles. Columbia SWAT (South Carolina, USA) has two RG-33s which is an MRAP used by the US Military.

Not sure if SWAT is in other countries, however SWAT was started in USA, therefore we should follow how they operate for the sake of "roleplay." SWAT isn't a counter terrorist group, and they rarely use unmarked vehicles. When they do, they are typically all black and used for moving VIPs and HVTs. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SWAT
Why are we going to go ahead and limit roleplay from different countries?

Before I get shot for saying this I know this is based off America but why can't we have a bit of freedom in our roleplays?

And what about stuff like FBI, NCA they aren't always travelling in battle tanks all the time are they?

FBI SWAT Teams drive in marked vehicles or (in some cases) unmarked Black SUV's.

NCA doesn't have a SWAT Team I believe.
What about discreet operations?
