I happen to notice your main argument is 'the point of wood cutting was to increase passiveRP' whilst yes this is true, if you look at 'PassiveRP' you will notice it ends in RP, so please lecture me on exactly how much extreme role playing going into running back and forth with tonnes of wood, that one would not be able to carry without some sort of mobile storage either.

The point of woodcutting was more legal ways of earing Money, this will just lead to contrabases.
Ok, but it leads to massive inflation and makes every other way of money making useless in its current state.
AggressiveRP doesnt necessarely have to be bad at all. It's just another type of RP.

That wasn't my pout my point was if woodcutting was removed and everyone based there would be no one to support or do passive rp

About everyone saying it limits RP.
Well, today i got mugged.
As a medic.
In the FD
By an anarchist with a knife.

> 1 Dead Anarchist
10/10 RP Would RP again.

People will just do whatever gets them the most money quick, when it was contra everyone would base, when it was meth it'd be meth and now that it's wood, everyone cuts wood. It's either balance or increase the risks of each of them.
The whole argument about flooding the economy is still flawed with moneypacks being around, money is going to flow in from somewhere.
-support for removing it. Because guess what, if crafting becomes a better source of income, everyone will want to do that instead.

It`s still a normal way to earn money , do you think you need to roleplay only to earn money?
There need to be ways without RP to earn money like in real life...

+support. There is really no argument as to why woodcutting should result in profits which are so extreme. Being known for one of the people who usually woodcut, I'll be honest here (as opposed to some, who seem to have their own agenda); there is very little RP in woodcutting.
Those claiming to do 'RP' whilst woodcutting are usually just bringing a truck with a tree prop in the back (which takes seconds and very little effort to do). In fact, I find it humorous how people will often claim that it decreases aggressiveRP when the reality is the contrary. The most RP around woodcutting has been people mugging the lumberjacks, and then either being shot by the lumberjacks/their friends, or being chased by the police.
One point which hasn't been raised is the risk/reward of other money-making methods. Lumberjack has the most obscene ratio here, where there is very little risk (at most, you give $500 to people who mug you every 15 minutes or so) for the highest reward. Compare this to contraband, where people will often use expensive guns to defend themselves from raiders. You also have fishing, where you'll make very little profit for a similar risk to woodcutting, and meth, where the production process is very loud and you're even more at risk of being raided, where people will once again use expensive guns for defence.
also makes a very good point here; it seems that most of the people voting against this are simply doing so with the influence of their own agenda. They're also the same people who claim that woodcutting encourages 'RP', when I've never actually seen them do a meaningful lumberjack RP.
, perhaps you can explain how woodcutting supposedly adds to the RP, and decreases aggressiveRP when being mugged at gunpoint is the only RP occurring 99% of the time. You could also explain how woodcutting adds any RP flexibility when you have the option of going discrete (normal looking house) or loud (heavily fortified base) with contraband. How is standing within the same metre of a pine tree better than actively having to move, check up on people and living in fear of being raided? Are you -supporting because you actually care about RP, or are you -supporting because most of the money you've personally made was from woodcutting?

Your logic seems pretty flawed here. People will always try to make money in the quickest way possible, but it doesn't mean that we can't attempt to level the playing field a lot more, nor that we should purposefully keep a horribly unbalanced money-making method for the sake of it.
I think you should read the original post first before making a judgement. Then, you would see that Nevy has actually suggested to balance the money-making methods, as you said, and that this would only be a temporary removal whilst things are changed. It's damage limitation.
