So far the only evidence is of him disconnecting to avoid arrest.

I have a couple of questions,

Did you continuously, instead of continuing to roleplay threaten the player with a Player Report and a ban?

Was there any SSA's at that time?

And a reminder to for the video for the claims.

Mitch, these questions does not mean I will be the one concluding this but to make the procedure faster for the staff member dealing with it.

Yes I did a couple of times because sometimes they wake up think crap then they but I didn't say i'm going to ban you.
and i wouldnt call it "threaten" i would call it warning them

Don’t want to interrupt a couple it was a solid 20 mins and a bit more . If you gave me a link to the rule I would of been fine

There is no rule

President rules

11.1 As President, you must follow the server rules. You cannot make any laws that conflict with them.
11.2 The President must answer warrants; you can either accept or deny them.
11.3 Do not warrant players without a roleplay reason.
11.4 Do not initiate a lockdown without a roleplay reason.
11.5 Do not abuse your Presidential spawn protection to bypass actions that would lead to injury/death (i.e. jumping down elevator shafts).
11.6 Do not ban jobs from the city without a proper roleplay reason; something must have happened first to warrant a ban.
11.7 President’s may only become a dictator with admin approval.

Well, i dont think Donald trump would go inside a casino and steal their stuff and then run from the police ..

It's not ideal to be constantly warning a person. Continue to record and roleplay without continuously reminding him that you are recording or that you will post a PR.
 
If there was no SSA's why is it a rule breakage? We can't expect the president to wait in his office till he has SSA's. In real life he would have SSA's because come on, the population of the states but this is a game, it's a server, a semi-serious one at that. I do find it unreasonable for us to expect a president to wait till he has an SSA.

Well, i dont think Donald trump would go inside a casino and steal their stuff and then run from the police ..

to add onto that I don't think he would go to a shots fired call as well
