Also, I may be wrong, but I have a suspicion that you guys were only doing said actions against us because of this PR. Especially as you started about the time of this report.

We never said corruption isn't allowed, our point is that you cant just go and say "President make a law against masks please" to arrest two people you had a grudge against for no clear in character reason.

Also if your corrupt your job must (As far as I know) state something like "Corrupt Police Officer" instead of "Police Officer" as if you are still in job terms a normal police officer you police according to the law and don't break it like you were doing.

we had you out of the car and asked for ID. You said it was in the glove box so we let you get in and get it out. I put spikes once front of your car, and sour and i both had guns pointed down. we where not told to do anything but to get the wallet we weren't told to stay still + on the ingame server rules menu thewre is no rule stating im under fearrp if your gun is down

You had not threatened us with it before, and so fearrp does not apply. Also your a police officer so its not like your going to suddenly shoot me like that (You are not a rampaging criminal with a gun).The spike strip does not make a difference, so why mention it?

add the fact we got the wallet and then drove off you never gave us a command or anything - ill be adding evidence of this as soon as possible (may be tommorow)

If you say that we were corrupt and were fearing us, then how can you assume that we wouldn't suddenly shoot you like that?

You think me placing a spike strip and standing in front of your car with a shotgun lowered means you can leave? We asked you to grab your wallet, not back into our car and drive away. Use common sense

We assumed this as, since your corrupt I don't think you'd want to use unauthorised use of deadly force on a main road where lots of people are, as it would get you into a lot of trouble.

The point is you asked us to "Grab the wallet" and we grabbed the wallet. You didn't say (As far as I remember) "Grab your wallet and DO NOT MOVE OR I will put bullets into you".

Yes the rules do say that a gun pointing downwards is FearRP (bold). Rules also say that while under FearRP you may not try to escape from the person who has you under FearRP. So you broke FearRP and they were in the right to shoot at you.

In regards to the laws, just asking for laws to change is fine, asking for laws to change and then immediately arresting someone as soon as the law comes out may be considered FailRP/Powergaming.

They didnt they ran off and went to speed around
