I dont think I will be able to add WAC just for one person.
Also it would be a bit unrealistic for a helicopter to fly around a closed airport as that airspace would be restricted.

You may do it simplely build a prop helicopter which only for your roleplay,you don't need a realistic one.Roleplay you got one as a prop and not allow terrorist or police to shoot the helicopter

Still attempting to get a hold of someone who can help me. This might take a while.

I was going to suggest a ATC controler which I wouldn't mind doing. To divert AT and to advise which plane it is on the ground.
