Are you doing anything else whilst trying to load in?

Nope nothing at all.

What OS are you using?

I will ask again too, please either pm me a picture of your video settings or post it here, does the game just freezes, do you shut it down or does it crash itself, have you updated your drivers for your GPU?

Yes, game just freezes and stays like that,(20mins earlier)
gpu drivers all upto date

Tried using compatability mode with windows 7 too but no joy.

Tried starting game as admin - no joy again

Any overclocks on your CPU or GPU?

None at all

I can join other servers just fine, but just not limelight.

disable multicore rendering as it could be causing crashes, it is still on a Alpha/Beta stage.

ok, I'm wondering if I have an out of date cs Content pack or something? could you provide me a link to the one you guys use?

Notes:

I'll give Ozzie a hand in private regarding the whole texture thing. Not too sure why it took 2 reinstalls to resolve but whatever, all done now.
