As a Black Market Dealer, you are an underground merchant meaning that you do not want to be publicly selling your resources to everyone out in the public, at least some items. There are a few items that are not necessarily illegal however you’ll have to be reading the laws to make sure there is nothing against the items you are selling otherwise you’d have to do some underground business instead of being open.
