Hello dear staff
I had a 5 pound membership, today i bought twice a 5 pound membership one by one. But i only recieved a 10 pound membership, not a 15 membership. I talked to @marsh about that and he told me to do a thread.

Aye so looking at your subscription information, you've had the introductionary discount 3 times, so you've only paid £13.50 instead of the £15.
The membership levels are based on a total purchase price, not the number of memberships bought. I don't think I can do anything more here, but I'll ask @Temar if there's anything more we can do.

Doctor internet is correct, its based on the amount spent which was 13.50 at the time of posting
I see you now at 18.50 so I assume you unlocked what you was after
