Hivis Placement - Night - Jan 26, 2025

Description:
The placement of hi-vis jackets looks a bit janky on some playermodels, especially when toolguns are out.

Bug observed since:
Today

Steps to Reproduce:
Put on a Hivis Jacket, and get out your toolgun.

Yea. Will get them fixed after work. Need to go through all custom models.

It seems only one citizen female model positioning works correctly, others are messed up.

Female03 is alright.

Seems to be a accessories code issue. Will have to further investigate.

Definitely better, not sure if the shoulders can be made to look a bit more normal, but no big deal if not.

The only way I can think of, since we don't (can't?) have models with cloth physics, is making them less girthy so that the shoulders stick outside the holes even while standing.

However, I am open to suggestions.
