i remember seeing that if u are armed before you enter a vehicle and told to get out under fearRP, since your weapon was automatically pulled, there is no fearRP. might wanna mention that since it isnt clear

You are considered under fearRP when you are seated in a vehicle. As the rule says.
But the moment you get out of the car then you -are- visibly armed and therefore, immune to FearRP.
So even if you equip the weapon before going to sit in your vehicle, having your weapon on your lap in-character. You are still considered under fearRP.
If you get out of your vehicle the weapon is automatically out, in your hands and therefore, you are visibly armed!
