Axes are still classed as a weapon as they're able to inflict damage and kill.

As @pufitee has contacted me over steam to tell me he is unable to provide further evidence to the case I will conclude on the evidence provided.
As a wood cutters are is still able to inflict damage and is classed as a weapon this is a case of FearRP. Given that @Sammyfc already has a suspension for FearRP pending at this moment and 5 priors for it, this case will be approved and the current suspension will be extended and probation will be applied.
